Jack Black To Travel To Lilliput

Jack Black is to play the lead role in a new adaptation of Jonathan Swift's classic 'Gulliver's Travels.

The film will be a "contemporary reimagining" of Swift's book.

It will tell the story of Lemuel Gulliver, a travel writer who goes on assignment to the Bermuda Triangle and is washed up on the beach of Lilliput, an island of tiny people.

The film will be directed by 'Shark Tale' director Rob Letterman, while Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Joe Stillman (Shrek) are scribes.

Shooting on the film will begin in March and is expected to feature a mixture of live-action and computer animation.
