Penelope Cruz is in talks to reunite with 'NINE' director Rob Marshall, to star in the director's next film, 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides'.Cruz's character details are being kept secret, though she is to be Captain Jack Sparrow's "foil and equal in many ways".
The Jerry Bruckheimer production is expected to begin filming this summer in Hawaii, for a May 20 2011 release.
