New 'Avengers' Posters

New posters for 'The Avengers' with the first one showcasing Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man and Chris Hemsworth as Thor, each within the familiar "A" emblem.

Poster 2 showcases Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow.

Directed by Joss Whedon, "The Avengers" finds the S.H.I.E.L.D. director assembling a team to pull Earth back from the brink of disaster as an unexpected enemy emerges to threaten the planet. Opening May 4, 2012.
