In what is never a good sign, a series of extensive reshoots of sci-fi remake The Day The Earth Stood Still have just been announced by Fox.
The remake of the 1951 epic which stars Keanu Reeves as visiting spaceman Klaatu, with Jennifer Connelly as war widow Helen Benson.
IESB states that the reshoots will last more than a week and both actors will be on set.
The Day The Earth Stood Still is scheduled for release in the Ireland, UK and America on December 12.
