THR has news that Don Cheadle will take on the role of Jim Rhodes and possibly War Machine in Iron Man 2 as its reported that Terrence Howard left the production. Marvel had no comment, but sources close to the deal said negotiations with Howard fell through over financial differences, among other reasons.
