Brad Ingelsby has been hired to script the big-screen version of Ed Brubaker’s DC/Wildstorm graphic novel “Sleeper.” according to Variety. The film is being produced by Sam Raimi with Star Road Entertainment partner Josh Donen. Ingelsby made his first script sale in March, selling Low Dweller for Ridley Scott to direct and Leonardo DiCaprio to star in.
The comic, written by Ed Brubaker, centers on an operative whose fusion with an alien artifact makes him impervious to pain and allows him to pass the ability on to others through skin contact.
