The proposed Tintin trilogy from Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson may be co-financed by Sony and Paramount.
Both studios have confirmed that they are in talks to fund the movies after Universal pulled out of the project.
Paramount will reportedly distribute the films in North America and some English-speaking territories, and Sony will handle its release elsewhere.
