Bloody-disgusting.com is reporting that Channing Tatum is set star in ‘The Darkness’ based off the popular comic and video game. Created by Marc Silvestri, Garth Ennis, and David Wohl 'The Darkness' tells the tell of Jackie Estacado who on the eve of his 21st birthday was targeted for assassination by the don of the New York mafia, "Uncle" Paulie.
He finds his body possessed by 'the Darkness' , a malevolent spirit that has inhabited his family for several generations, with the benefit of giving Jackie supernatural powers that feeds off the dark.
