The Congress is a film based on Stanislaw Lem’s science fiction novel The Futurological Congress, which tells the story of a man who is propelled into a world where hallucinogenic drugs have replaced reality. Ari Folman will make a few changes to the story replacing the lead with a female being played by Robin Wright.The film will be screened at the twelfth edition of Cartoon Movie.
