Vincent Patar and Stephane Aubier creators of the brilliantly insane 'A Town Called Panic' have a new TV series called 'Les Touplat.' 'Les Touplat' will be based on the duo's pair of short films from the 1990 using paper cut out animation and starring the Baltus family, the family will return for 'Les Touplat' in twenty six episodes which will be seven minutes each.
