The Cornetto Trilogy's 'World's End' Begins September

Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost will finally be reuniting on the third installment of the cornetto trilogy 'World's End.' Deadline brings word that production is now being targeted for this September and aim to have the film shipped to cinemas in 2013. The synopsis of the film is:

20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again. They are convinced to stage an encore by mate Gary King, a 40-year old man trapped at the cigarette end of his teens, who drags his reluctant pals to their home town and once again attempts to reach the fabled pub, The World’s End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind’s. Reaching The World’s End is the least of their worries.

After 'World's End' Edgar Wright will then be moving forward on 'The Night Stalker' at Walt Disney Pictures with Johnny Depp in the lead, as for Marvels 'Ant-Man' who knows but it was teased that Marvel are still interested in the film with Edgar at the helm.
