Twentieth Century Fox has hired 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' scribe David Scarpa to reboot 'Daredevil'.The reboot is expected to be darker in tone than the 2003 film, the reason for the reboot is that Fox would have to return the rights to Marvel if a film does not go into production.
